II: Extreme Horror Collection in However, while the first anthology was a collection of relatively unknown authors, D.O.A. II contains stories from some of the most well-known names. D.O.A. II is an anthology of Extreme Horror. For me Extreme Horror brings up images of brutal torture, blood and guts, explicit pain and suffering among other such immoral acts of human behavior. While some of these stories would fit into this category, others did not. Yes they were Horror but not necessarily Extreme Horror. The D.O.A: Extreme Horror Anthology doesn't contain any stories of what I would class as 'extreme' horror. Some of the stories are pretty good and I enjoyed them but what lets this book down is that there is too many other stories that border on paedophilia or are about paedophiles or hurting children.
