Diké Omeje 15/4/72 - 13/1/ Synopsis. Diké has been a performance poet for 10 years. The Mindfield is his long awaited debut collection, a book that captures all the energy and ambience of his live performance. I promise to keep patrons updated on the progress, but I cannot give accurate estimates until an update almost is ready for release. Something to bear in mind is that I'm doing this all by myself. There's no team of developers, it's just me. For our first instalment, in partnership with Commonword, Manchester City of Literature will be hosting a conversation exploring the work of the late Mancunian poet Diké Omeje, with a stellar panel of Peter Kalu, Shirley May, Mike Garry, Cheryl Martin and Segun Lee-French.
